Privacy Policy (draft)

Draft last updated: October 18, 2026.

Who is responsible

DESIDERIUM LLC, Virginia, USA. Privacy contact: [email protected].

What information we handle

• What you search for: the photo or name of the product you look up in the app — the minimum needed to give you the answer.
• Your location: only when you turn on nearby search or guidance to a store; it is used to work out which store suits you and how long it takes.
• Your contact details: if you write to us or sign up for testing, the details you give us so we can reply.

What we use it for

To provide the service described on this website and to improve the accuracy of the answers. We do not sell your personal information.

Prices and availability

The prices and availability we show come from each chain's official sources at the moment of the search and may change. The store always confirms the final figure.

Links and buying at stores

When you choose to buy, you leave our environment for the store or its platform, where its own privacy policies apply. Some links are affiliate links: they may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.

Retention and your rights

We keep information for the minimum time needed to provide the service. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
